Customer Service Representative – Fulton, Missouri 

As a CSR, my job is to be our customers’ eyes and ears in the plant. My goal is to make sure we meet their production specifications.

I started working in the Fulton facility nearly seven years ago as a total printing newbie.

I wanted to work here because I love books, so I wanted to be part of helping create them. Conveniently, the Fulton facility was in my hometown.

I don’t drink coffee, but if I had a personalized mug it would probably read something like “I promise it’s just hot chocolate.”

I come to work every day because of my coworkers. Even during our worst days, we all are there to encourage each other and make each other laugh.

A fun fact about me is I love road trips, so long as I’m in charge of the music and the snacks.

Outside of work, I like to keep busy. In the spring and fall I attend Renaissance Fairs. I am teaching myself embroidery, cross stitch and quilting. I’m learning the violin and trying to learn Greek. I’m always reading. I don’t have any pets, but my houseplants are all eagerly waiting for spring!

One of my favorite work memories is working in the back to rebox and pallet pack a customer’s order. It was a large order and several folks from other departments took time to help. The good-natured camaraderie helped the work go by quickly.
