Customer Service Representative, Ripon, Wisconsin

I work in the Customer Service Department at the Ripon plant. I work with the customer to achieve their ideas and goals for their project. I started at Walsworth – Ripon in May of 2020, and this is my first job in the printing industry. To say that I’ve learned a lot is an understatement.

The coolest thing about my job is learning all the different ways we can meet a customer’s needs for their finished product. Seeing that finished product is such a great feeling of accomplishment.

My personalized coffee mug would say: “One more time.” I coach figure skating. I skated for 13 years through school and started coaching nine years ago at two different rinks. “One more time” is something I say to all of my skaters… even if it’s been seven more times. 🙂

I enjoy spending time with my daughter and fiancé. We have three pets; a cat (who has multiple names), a dog (Clarisse – not after THAT movie), and an African Fat-Tail Gecko (Felix). I love to coach figure skating and play golf (but golf doesn’t always love me).

My favorite memory of working at Walsworth is: Oh boy… there are a lot, but probably when we decorated a co-worker’s desk area like a Hallmark movie (she loves her Hallmark movies). We all put a lot of pride and effort into making it look just right… fake skating rink and all.
