As the Yearbook Pre-Press Production Manager, Kim oversees multiple departments, including Desktop, Proofreading, Receiving, Kit and the Cover department, which includes Prep, Art and Creative Services. She coordinates various production areas to ensure efficient operations and comprehensive support for schools and the company.

As the Bindery General Manager at our Fulton facility, Matt Thompson is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bindery's daily operations. He manages and supports his team to ensure efficient workflow and maintains high production standards.

As Human Resource Team Lead, Lindsey Eckland oversees various human resources functions such as benefits, employment, compensation, and employee relations, touching all aspects of employee management. She leads a team that ensures effective HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and integrating new employees. 

As the Human Resources and Quality Manager, Kim Thumm oversees both HR functions and quality control processes. She manages the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, employee relations, performance reviews and discipline.
