Have you held any previous job titles with Walsworth? When I first started with Walsworth, the Commercial Department was called Reprints and the CSRs were called Coordinators. So it was the same basic job, just named different.

My hometown is… Born and raised in Marceline, Missouri

The thing I love most about my job is… The interaction with customers and the way we build relationships and get to know customers and their families. I enjoy how we see a job throughout the process from start to finish.

Working at Walsworth, I have learned… A lot, and that after 40 years, things are still changing. And in Customer Service, we learn new things all the time.

When I’m not working, I love to… Spend time with my family, decorating, work on craft projects and quilt 

I get inspired by… Doing good things for people and seeing them happy

My favorite food is… There is not much I don’t like, but I would have to say any type of pasta or Mexican is my favorite.

The best vacation I ever took was… Time I have spent with my family in Florida, and the time I took my daughter to the Bahamas for a graduation gift.
