Careers – Bindery Technicians

Walsworth, the 29th largest printer in the United States and only American family-owned yearbook company, seeks individuals with strong analytical skills, prior experience operating industrial machinery or equivalent mechanical skills to join the production team of our dynamic and successful family-owned business.

We currently have several Bindery Technician positions on each of our shifts at our Marceline, Missouri, Finishing Facility.

Bindery Technicians must have good mathematical skills, a willingness to direct small crews, the ability to read measuring devices, and strong computer skills. Critical thinking and strong communication skills are a plus.

Physical requirements include:

• ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• work 12 hours when needed
• work weekends when required
