Careers – Fulfillment Supervisor

Walsworth, the 27th largest printer in North America, is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor to join the manufacturing team of our dynamic and successful family-owned business.

The opening is for our Saint Joseph, Michigan, facility during our day shift from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Provide direction, supervision and leadership for the fulfillment team of approximately 10 hourly employees
  • Support and/or execute onboarding of new fulfillment customers
  • Act as liaison between customer service and customer

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and two to four years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in a warehouse environment, and with picking and packing fulfillment orders
