Careers – Production Operators

Walsworth, the 27th largest printer in North America, is seeking Production Operators to join the production team of our dynamic and successful family-owned business.

We currently have several Production Operator positions during our evening and midnight shifts at our Marceline, Missouri, St Joseph, Michigan, and Ripon, Wisconsin facilities.

Examples of common job assignments include line workers, forklift drivers and machinery operators and assistants.

Essential Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating industrial machinery or equivalent mechanical skills
• Strong analytical, math and computer skills
• Ability to read various measuring devices
• A willingness to direct small crews
• Critical thinking and strong communication skills are a plus

Physical requirements include:

• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Work 12 hours when needed
• Work weekends when required
