I am a Customer Service Representative at Walsworth – Ripon. I work closely with the customer and sales team to ensure we set the right expectations in the beginning. From there, I follow the job through all stages to ensure we deliver a great product on time. I am new to Walsworth and have only been in the printing industry for 4 months.
On a typical day, I receive specific information about what our customers are looking for, then verify that we can provide them with an exceptional product that fits their needs. I then follow the process through each stage of production, and I am involved with any questions that arise. That way, we never provide a product that isn’t exactly what the customer wants.
I love the balance of working independently with a great support system around me. We utilize a team atmosphere to collaborate in many ways; this collaboration builds up the strength of each individual.
I have lived in Ripon my whole life and I know people who have worked here since high school, which was 20 years ago. I consider a company that can hold on to that many employees for such a long time to be something special.
My personalized coffee mug would have a goat on it, and say “Don’t worry, I’ve goat this!”
I want to come to work every day to contribute to the team, get projects done and start new ones. I love to always be busy.
A fun fact about me is that I have a pet goat that lives in the house like a dog. We also have matching Halloween pajamas. My pets take up all my time and my family all think I’m crazy for having a bunch of pets.
In my free time, I love being outside doing projects and seeing local bands.
I feel like Walsworth has given me a great deal of support to succeed at my job. I also believe that they asked me the right questions in my interview to make sure I would be a good fit for this role.
My favorite memories of working at Walsworth are the celebrations. We celebrate everything so that no one feels like they are insignificant to anyone else. Walsworth shows gratitude for so many things their employees do.
